Assistant Profile（M5）
将 SOUL.md、AGENTS.md、TOOLS.md、默认 notify、heartbeat 巡检收敛到 单文件 Profile，与 Bootstrap 合并注入。

- Profile 优先：
persona.soul/agents/tools有内容时，覆盖同名 markdown 文件。 - 回退：Profile 某段为空时，仍读项目根或
data/下的SOUL.md等。 - HEARTBEAT：
routines.heartbeat.enabled: true时写入assistant-jobs.json（id:assistant-profile-heartbeat），并关闭 legacy Scheduler 内置 HEARTBEAT，避免双跑。
